I had to cancel a few exhibitions due to illness.   I had a serious stroke in January which has resulted in having to take medication for depression and anxiety issues

I hope to be at TINGS if my medication works

@terrysoham
Im really sorry to hear that Terry. Hope you are making a recovery.
I wasnt at the exhibition today in Derby, but a friend was, and I'd wanted hm to have a look at Neely because I know he would have enjoyed it. Nevermind, your health is so much more important.

Thanks for posting though Terry, its good to nkow you are still around.

cheers
Kirky

Hope you're feeling better soon Terry, having been through heart and lung problems nearly 2 years ago I can empathise with the frustration of not being your usual self.   :thumbsup:

Look after yourself and take the road to recovery.
You know you're getting older when your mind makes commitments your body can't meet.

Just found this thread and am saddened to hear of your stroke. I work in Acute Stroke Care so I can appreciate that this must be a blow for you. Stroke is one of the most extreme tests of patience. I hope you make progress with the therapy and recover as fully as possible as soon as possible. Thankfully your superb layout is very much up together so even if N gauge modelling is a bit much right now at least you can still operate and appreciate Neely. Look on it as therapy! You CAN retrain the brain. For those who like big words it's called Neuroplasty. Just keep at it. A little bit at a time, celebrate every little triumph and DO NOT beat yourself up if you don't succeed. Just take it gently and I hope you have all the appropriate Physio and Occupational therapy.

All the very very best.

Chris.
