Wishbone Ash - Argus, and a bit of this

I have to agree with Mick,Argus is one fine album. I played Warrior to death in the 70's. I always wanted a Flying V like Andy Powel, but ended up with a cheap Strat copy instead.

The years have been good to me, it was the weekends that did the damage.

Show of Hands on the Andrew Marr show

It's not the best version but its the most fun because you get to watch the reaction of William Hague who was also a guest on the show.. especially the bit about all being in it together..

and also some silliness

Getting away from some of the strange topics floating around the forum tonight I decided to have a listen to this, ah memories.

Plus Led Zepplin and Jimmy Page playing his Les Paul Gibson with a Violin Bow.

Slow Ride- Foghat (Full Version)

Led Zeppelin - Dazed and Confused (violin bow) NY 1973

Great post Dave. I'd forgotten the Jimmy Page "Dazed and Confused" bow playing and I'd never heard of Foghat. Must of been the 60's catching up with me as I don't remember much from the 70's. But an excellent track, so I must find some of their LP's. In your opinion, which is the best?

One of the late 80s/early 90s bands that never quite made it all the way, which is a pity...
