The Glasgow bus colour scheme was in use well into the sixties,
the first driver only buses in Glasgow had that livery. Supposedly
chosen to appeal to both Rangers and Celtic fans according
to legend.

It survived in modified forms up to 1983 when Strathclyde orange took over
